2011 Touareg 3.0 TDi noise under car

It's a tinkling noise, hard to explain, like something is loose, couple that to the car thudding in low range at about 5mph, noticed it does it albeit much less in 1st gear at the same speed too. The noise is coming from under the car towards the front end, the car drives fine, changes gear perfectly.

Edit: Drive shaft bearing perhaps?

Rear prop shaft is a common issue on these , fitted a few in the last few yrs
