Hi all, looking for a bit of advice...

I'm changing the rad on my W164 Merc ML320 CDI and it has oil lines going to it.
I'd normally use a small pair of molegrips and a snug fitting bolt in the end to clamp hoses like this off, but there's a total of four on this and I'm wondering if anyone has a better solution?

Thanks

I`ve had my Merc rad out, did not clamp the pipes just hooked them out of the way. You wont loose hardly any gearbox oil, just the bit in the pipe and oil cooler. Just do not start the car with those pipes off !!

Cheers, I did think that might be OK but didn't want to find out the hard way!

I usually cable tie a rubber glove over the ends just to stop drips.

If the hoses are in good condition, you should be able to just fold the end of the hose back on itself so that it crimps itself closed.
