Toyota RAV4 mark 1

I have an old 1998 RAV4 which is great old banger , looking at getting the cambelt & waterpump changed . A couple of local garages are quoting around the £450.00 mark.

Does this sound reasonable , been told it is 3 - 4 hrs work ?

Anyone reccomend a good garage in Oxon / Berks who may have done one before.
