Black exhaust smoke loss of power
Discussion
Any ideas of what could be wrong with the below symptoms in my 1.9D Kangoo.
Loss of power on the M1 today and then looked behind me, black smoke from the exhaust. I managed to get it home and it struggles to start and when revving it billows black smoke, also the engine vibrates a lot at idle and doesnt seem to be as good on fuel anymore for the past few weeks.
1 last thing (not sure if its related) whenever i start the engine now the 'oil ok' on the odometere stays on and flashes just saying 'oil...' then eventually goes out. It used to say oil ok but now just flashes with words oil.

Black smoke means not enough air/overfueling.
- Injector leakage
- Bad injector spray pattern (partially blocked, poor atomisation/mixing)
- Intercooler hoses split post compressor
amongst others.
The last one I had only a few months ago. A split on the duct from intercooler to engine (after MAF) meant it wasn't get the air at the flow rate or pressure it expected, therefore overfueled.

I have a feeling it could be injector related also as it does idle rough. Any ideas of average costs? Guessing £100+ for repair. And any way to check it is this? Im a bit of if a novice but im assuming its the 4 screws on the front of the engine. 1 of those is covered in oil like its leaking out.
Heres a link any advice and potential pricing to repair would be appreciated...
