I have a kia ceed 2014 1.6 crdi, I struggle with getting into mostly reverse, 1st and 2nd gears, and sometimes all the gears. I have changed 3 piece clutch kit, changed the slave cylinder, master cylinder, master cylinder regulator, fork, yet strangely the problem still persists. Initially after the car is bleed, it runs perfectly for a few weeks and then slowly gear selection becomes a problem again, especially in reverse, 1st and 2nd. I have noticed if you press the clutch pedal with speed, it is much easier to get into gear. Any ideas?

It sounds like you could still be getting some air into the lines, have you tried to re-bleed?

Hi, yeah bleed it a few times, it does improve driving for a few weeks until the problem rears it head. Strange thing is that there's never a problem coming out of gears, but going in it's a nightmare

That isn't at all strange. It's exactly what you would expect if the clutch is dragging slightly.

As above, & your other post, no surprises there, you still likely have an air leak as V8S says & I eluded to earlier.
