I have a kia ceed 2014 1.6 crdi, I struggle with getting into mostly reverse, 1st and 2nd gears, and sometimes all the gears. I have changed 3 piece clutch kit, changed the slave cylinder, master cylinder, master cylinder regulator, fork, yet strangely the problem still persists. Initially after the car is bleed, it runs perfectly for a few weeks and then slowly gear selection becomes a problem again, especially in reverse, 1st and 2nd. I have noticed if you press the clutch pedal with speed, it is much easier to get into gear. Any ideas?

That suggests air is getting into the system. It sounds as if you have replaced just about the whole thing - maybe you have got a tiny leak somewhere.

Ermmm, interesting theory, because it's obviously something that temperamental, I'll suggest that to the mechanic thanks

Definitely sounds like an air leak in the hydraulics, does it have a concentric slave?
