Can this exhaust be patched up

Where these 2 parts meet has cleanly broken off. Can this be patched up. The car is a citreon c8 2007 so not worth much. Looks possibly like the bracket has broken as well

Anything CAN be fixed, whether it is cheaper to fix or replace depends on what tools/equipment you have available to you.

Flexy can be completely cut off & either another welded in if you have a welder, or replaced with a sleeved & clamped one if you don't have a welder.

Having said that if the car is common enough there may be a widely used "repair section" to replace that bit, a bit of time on the bay of e will likely tell you which works out best.
