I have a PGO BR250 road legal buggy which needs a new air filter.

The only one i can find on ebay is a bit pricey for just a filter so i'm trying a cheaper route of just cutting the paper element panel filter out (approx 6inch x 3inch) and replace with a similar size panel filter

first question - does anyone know of anywhere that sells items like this for road legal buggys?

Failing that, does anyone know where or how i can find a panel filter as small as 6x3 inch / or can anyone point out a little car or bike which has an unusually small panel filter of this size?

I've called some bike shops and autofactors and they're all unable to help as they have thousands of stock

Unable to post pictures but the link below is the filter i need. The panel filter is integrated with a white plastic housing around it.

Any help?

The late 80s Fiat Panda FIRE engines use a panel filter that's about 7"x3.5"

You don't need the whole car, just a filter!

Checked, they're 175x90mm

I couldn't find one at first, i've just found it on eurocarparts.

Looks quite good, about an inch too long though frown

I thinking maybe i could shorten it slightly and just squeeze it in there?

Surely some motorbikes, lawnmowers or something will run a small filter ? Although looks like you'll need to adapt to that housing ?

Have a look on K&Ns site for ideas and sizes, maybe just convert it to one of their universal ones.

Briggs and Stratton paper filter - that one is 131mm by 114mm. Other sizes are available?
