Turbo R coolant leak + overflowing
Discussion
Hi guys
After a long drove today I parked up and noticed a pool of coolant, now I know that these things are meant to be pressurised but even after being parked up for 15 mins it was still overflowing quite a lot from the reservoir.
Any thoughts?? Worried this could be head gasket?
Thanks

The pressure will drop when the engine cools down or it has leaked enough gas / coolant to drop the pressure. That could take a very long time.If the leak is from the pressure cap this suggests either the cap isn't sealing properly, or the pressure is too high. You could pressure test it to see which is the case.
