can I uprate or modify my seat tdi injectors? I have heard that its possible to modify the nozzles on some different diesel injectors

you can do many things.

just click your heels together three times repeating "modify my nozzles"

I don't know particularly about Seat injectors but I know with VW TDi ones you can't just put different nozzles on without causing issues. If you put larger ones on you just over fuel and cause smoking issues. You need to then get the ECU repgrogrammed to suit. The injectors internals are also set up with different pressure pop settings and primary and secondary pressures.
