HELP GTI MK5 PO299

Hello fellas i remapped my stock gti mk5 and had p0299 code pop up saying boost pressure regulation, Control range not reached. Had it put on dyno and road run and top end theres not alot of boost compared to what its asking for. It's only 205bhp where as it should be 250 so im missing alot of ponies. I have changed pcv valve as i noticed the other windy day that the rpm went up a tincy bit but no luck still. Have ordered n75 and will get the boost sensor from gsf fitted on tomorrow. Your help will be appreciated, the car has been mapped twice from two different places as I was getting same/other weird codes so I dont think its map related.
