EGR fault. Stood still too long?
Discussion
My car's been sat still for a few weeks. When I eventually got round to starting it, it popped up an engine warning (amber light).
I purchased an ODB2 reader, and it shows an EGR fault code. I reset the error.
I've driven a couple of hours since and the warning hasn't returned.
So, could it have been the case that the car had just been sitting still too long or am I being too optimistic?

Many thanks,
