Rover 5.5l offset crankshaft grinding?
Discussion
I hope this is in the right section if not please redirect it.
I've been casting stroker cranks for eons but it's becoming increasingly difficult to get the 'big boys' to machine a single crank in a reasonable time. Back in the day quite a few engineering firms had tooling to offset grind a crank but these firms are seemingly non-existent.
Does anybody know a firm that can offset grind a raw casting and drill the oilways? There must be an engineering firm out there who can do small runs.
