My RAV4's engine warning light pinged this morning and after getting it diagnosed by the RAC it showed this error code: DTC: "P062D,No. 1 Fuel Injector Driver Circuit Performance error code." The guy said it's basically a faulty injector?

I only bought the car last week, so I'm a bit peeved. I've taken it back to the dealer, who are looking at it, but does any one have any experience with this code or anything similar? I don't want the dealer to bodge it and clear the codes so that it runs until the warranty is up.

A screenshot of what? The RAC guy let me take a pic of his diagnostic. Are you referring to work the dealer does?

Try not to be too peeved, dealers get caught out all the time with people selling them problem cars. Then they are left to pick up the pieces.

How many times have you heard people say "my car's knackered, I'll just PX it"

I got out of retail because I just got fed up with people trying to PX problem cars on me.

Give them a chance to fix it if you still want the car.

If you bought from a dealer, as said, you will have warranty, get it back to them.

Bot no, it does not say or mean the injector is at fault.

It clearly says there is possibly an issue with the injector circuit, which of course includes more than just the injector itself.
