Exhaust gases leaving exhaust at high speed?
Discussion
I've just replaced the pipe and back box on a 1.2 Fiat 500 Pop. For some reason the exhaust gases now appear to flutter and leave the exhaust at quite a high speed
I've checked the revs and that's normal. No engine faults.
I've got a video of it.

Any ideas?

what you worried about ?
Your saying engine revs are fine. does car drive fine ? is it louder ? The exhast was it an oem or a cheap replacement ?
An exhaust usually has a load of sound deadening in it and means to attenuate the noise. Putting on a sporty exhast will make it sound different, and that sounding different is the change in the exhaust dynamics...

I don't see what the issue is.
The engine burns the fuel/air mixture just the same, so the same amount of exhaust gas is produced, all of which has to leave through the exhaust.
That is what you are hearing/feeling.
Just because you have suddenly noticed something doesn't mean it is different unless you did exactly the same test before it was changed.
Aside of that if the old one had holes in it it could well have sent some exhaust out elsewhere.
