Had 2 new hydraulic mounts delivered recently, one of which appears to have lost some of the oil, if I shake it I can hear the remaining oil sloshing around. The other one doesn't do this. Autodoc tell me the leaky one is serviceable, are they telling porkies? If half full mounts are ok I might as well leave the existing leaky ones on the car.

I think you already know the answer to this, but yes they are telling you porkies.
I'd send the pair of them back and buy elsewhere.
