Advice please,

Kia picanto 2014 wife’s car only done 6000 miles, we are both retired only used for local shopping trips.

Orange engine warning light keeps on coming on, cleared with OBD tool, cannot remember fault code a bit irrelevant as car drives and starts OK.

Do you think an Italian tune up is required?

Next time it lights up record what the OBD tells you.

I think it's the complete opposite of irrelevant!

Is it a diesel or petrol? Either way, 6k miles since 2014… a decent Italian tune up won’t hurt.

P0365 camshaft position sensor, do not know if there is adjustment on the sensor?

If there is no movement, then it must be faulty but car starts and drives OK.

Probably just isn't sending any more.
I'd replace that. The part is only about £20.
