Auto Transmission Fluid
Discussion
52 year old Borg Warner Type 35 Auto box with a reputed 85K miles approx
The recommended fluid at the time was Type F/G
There are countless options available now, is there anything that may better suit the box which has a reputation for being sluggish in it's changes.
I find moving off from standstill somewhat painful, it was reluctant to climb the ramps onto the 4 post lift!
Thanks

I've been told in the past to avoid using Dex or anything else on these.
I've used this in the past:

No fluid will improve the box, they were always crap! What car is it in?
