ECU Can Only Store 35 Service Sites?
Discussion
Had a lot of diagnostics done on my DS3 recently and mechanic is now getting this message on his reader and can’t go any further. Anyone seen this before?
Note: 35 service zone(s) are already stored of a maximum of 35.
The ECU can store 35 service site(s). When these sites are filled, no other sites can be stored, but faults can still be cleared.

I can only guess that a "service zone" or a "service site" is a bad French translation and should mean fault code memory area. In other words, you can only store 35 fault codes in the ECU.
If the car has had a lot of diagnostics done, its possible that many items were unplugged then plugged in again, so that its recorded 1 or more faults for each of the unplugged items, thus filling the memory. While its normally good practice to record the fault codes before clearing them, it might be worth just clearing them all, then seeing what recurs and taking it from there.
ETA is it normal for a mechanic to ask the customer for advice, when they're working on a car???

That sounds like it would make sense… there has been a persistent problem (see my previous posts) which has needed a lot of diagnostics/electrical work recently and the French translation would make sense.
He seems to be maintaining that this is a barrier that he cannot get past and can’t do any further work and suggested it can only be reset by Citroen.
If it is so easy to bypass I wonder why he hasn’t figured it out? He said he hasn’t seen this on any other car before
