Escort Rs Turbo Garrett t3 Leaking Oil

Hi all my garrett t3 turbo seems to be leaking oil into my exhaust , smoking badly.

I have replaced the rubber seals inside the turbo but to no joy. Looking for some advice on what to try next.

Engine is a 1.6 cvh mfi , That is a nightmare to start first thing - think i have a vacuum leak not pulling the plunger plate down ontop of the turbo oil leak.

History behind this ? Is the oil return ok ? crankcase breathing ok ?

I cant help you specifically on this, but I’m rebuilding a RS turbo, I’m about 80% through, I’ve got almost all of my answers to things I’ve got stuck on through the Ford RS Owners Club forum, are you not a member? There seems to be someone whos been there and got the T-shirt and knows the answer to everything specific to the RS models on there.

I'm not to sure what I'm checking for making sure it's breathing properly? Just noticed I'm missing this one way valve if it is a one way valve?
