Is this a normal tickover - PSA 2.0hdi 16v

Hi everyone, below is a link to a video of the tickover of a C4 Grand Picasso I'm considering buying. It sounds a bit clattery and rough / missing to me - it's got 89k miles - and there is quite a lot of tensioner oscillation. Also I detected a whiff of exhaust in the cabin, so I,m suspecting either a duff injector, failed injector seal, or both, plus maybe something amiss duw to the ticking on the other side of the engine from the pulleys. If anyone who knows the hdi engine could help with a second opinion, I'd be grateful.
