Greased Lightning Fuel System Treatment

Has anybody used this stuff? Can't find much on the web.

Got a set of fluids for xmas and unsure whether they are worth using or not. Only to be used in a 90k mile tdci focus but it gets me to work everyday and is out of warranty so don't want any grief.

Any previous experience much appreciated.
