VTEC rocker cover coating?

Hi!
I quite fancy getting my rocker cover coated, and was wondering what the coating on the Honda Vtec rocker cover is? I quite like the rough, matt finish on it, and i'm assuming it's not just normal powder-coating.
Anyone know?

Not seen a vtec rocker cover, but it sounds like you are describing "crackle paint"
