Golf GTi head bolt torque settings?

Its a Mk3 1993 2.0Ltr 8v - my mate's left his haynes at home!

According to Auto data for engine code 2E as follows,
New bolts should be used,
40 Nm,
60 Nm,
90 degrees,
90 degrees.
HTH.

Thanks - we were close... it just drove off down the road with 45 ft/lb +180 degrees! Took a bit longer than planned because of a small 'fire' incident drying some parts
