Hello,

I’m looking for the specs for a Bosch injector. I’m adding H20/meth injection to my supercharged Porsche. To calculate the h2O/meth injector size I need the size of my fuel injectors.

Any body know a reference source? I have the injector model #: W0133-1646566

Thanks,

PK

I don't recognise that as a Bosch injector part number. If it's an injector you have in front of you, does it have any other identification on it? It's not hard to measure the nominal flow rate of an injector if you can provide a regulated fuel supply, and that isn't hard to do. Just be very very careful to control the spray/vapour and keep it away from anything electrical.

I assume you're just estimating the fuel flow rate to enable you to calculate the appropriate water flow rate. If you can't find it out from the injector specs, you can estimate the likely fuel flow from the flywheel power output: 1 BHP typically requires about 7cc/min of fuel. I don't think that water flow rate is something that needs a mega accurate calculation.

A quick search of Google gives this site, which I've found very useful in the past.

Pity the one he wants isn't on there.

Thats partly because the number he has listed...is not a regular Bosch part number.

I cannot cross reference that number either?
Are you sure that is correct?

Given how unknown it is...best way to find flow info...is to test it yourself.

What is the injector actually from ? A car ? other ?

Google finds a number of places selling it and listing it for 911 and boxster but none give a spec.
