I am thinking of letting Torqueflow build a new exhaust sytem for the G33. has anyone used them before.

The last system was done by shinybitz and is frankly crap, so i want to make sure i get a good job done this time.

Oh, another satisfied Shineybitz customer!!

He's ripped off at least 6 Cobra guys, including myself, charging for crap faulty work, or stuff he didnt even do. I'm very surprised he is still in business with trading standards and the like after him.

Cheers,

Tony

He isn't still in business, phone numbers arre dead, website gone. I have spent 2 years trying to get him to sort a crap job. wasted £800 on the system and now have to start from scratch. I am verry pissed off.

Roger...If you read this, it would be best for you to contact me before I track you down.

Nick,

Be careful about how you progress with Roger.

I know of one guy who went to sort out his problems with Roger, and ended up doing Community Service as Roger "allegedly" fabricated evidence and a witness saying that he had been attacked by the aggrieved customer. It appears that the only fabrication Roger is good at is fabricating evidence!!

It may be worth getting the potential perceived threat edited out of your original post.

Cheers,

Tony

Thanks Tony. Its my solicitors who are tracking him down. If he contacts me first we may be able to agree something before I pursue him through the courts. I am not about to pay him a personal visit.

Hayward and Scott also do fine work, but may be a bit far away from you as they are is basildon-essex, they only work in stainless steel, and they do some mighty horny stuff.......last time I was in the workshop they was doing a system for an original FIA papered GT40 owned by Charlie Bamford - who ownes JCB.....it was worth a flippin fortune......they did a fab set of pipes for me too, well worth the money, but it certainly wasnt cheap.

my best advice is mock-up what you want to see with plastic flexi pipes and take dig-pics, then hand the pics to the fabricator and say "thats what I want it to look like"......otherwise you are in the hands of the fabricator, who is not necessarily an exhaust design expert.
