standard oil pump will be up to the job if worried check the oil pressure at the swicth using a guage you shold see it go up as the revs get higer find out from subaru technical what the pressure should be.
mount the cooler as close as you can to the front of the car pef in front of radiator but not so that it can get damged by stones flicking up onto it and is in the flow of the air steam i.e behind the lower part of the grill mesh in front of rad.
extra pipe work and unions are availible from most race parts catalogs.

Swapping the pump in situ would be a massive task anyway, but the standard pump is fine.

Im sure some of the Subaru places offer an oil cooler kit ??

thanks guys. a few places offer a kit but I did not see an oil pump as part of it in any of them just thought it better to check. I have mounted it where the drivers side fog light once was so its got plenty of air. may have to put a bit of mesh in front of it though.
