Help on gearbox selection?

Hi,
I'm looking at building a special and need advise on selecting a gearbox/transmission.
What I need is recommendations for a front wheel drive box which can cope with 300bhp and about 330lb-ft of torque. Benefits would be a bolt on bellhousing between the clutch and box, plus the option of coming with an LSD (or fitting an after market one). Drive can be from either end, ie drivers side of box as per Toyota, or passenger side as per Honda Accord type R. Would anyone know if the accord box could cope with this power and torque??

Any ideas?

An MR2 Turbo box should be able to handle that, its a transverse mount so should be fine in FWD configuration.
