i have a sierra XR4i 2.8 V6 with a janspeed single turbo.
it start,s up ok runs sweet at about 2k rpm once its off cold start(choke)it just keeps stalling and will not tickover,once its cooled down it will start ok again until the cold start switches off ,
its multipoint inj not EFI any help would be great cheers

I'm not too familiar with those, but it sounds like a split air hose from the warm up regulator. There's an aluminium "thing" with some small bore (about 15-20mm I think) hoses going from it bypassing the throttle. When the car is cold, the aluminium thing is supposed to have a hole inside it to allow extra metered air to increase the idle speed. After about 5 minutes, a mechanism inside the aluminium thing closes off the hole as the engine ought to be able to idle properly by then. It sounds like something might be worng with that (or the hoses around it).
