vauxhall vectra clutch question

Is their a guide for the fast fit system where you dont have to remove the gearbox?
also did the vectra's have this system fitted.

I believe it was only fitted to the Chavalier & Ashtra.

there is no 'fast fit' system on the vectra altough you can nomally pull the box back enough to change the clutch which does make it easier.
