I have taken the power train and wire harness from a 2006 Pontiac GTO, which was built by Holden. The BCM which is unique to Holden is giving me warnings for the systems no longer in use and I would like to be able to turn these off. Can anyone tell me if it is possible and how??

Yeah some of the guys have tech2's
Turning off stuff like evap, egr, o2 sensors, fuel pump circuit etc is easy.
Why are you using the BCM? Or do you mean the ECU?

But try Wortec1 yes, I think he has a tech2 GM unit which can do a few things with the BCM

BCM is the Body control module more commonly known as the body computer, typically used to store info on the vehicle, handle the immobiliser, manage vehicle bus communications, manage the dash information and entertainment/navigation systems.

Any reason it was fitted?

Factory immobiliser I assume?
