Damaged Alusil bore - can it be repaired?

I have an M5 M62 V8 motor from an e39 M5 that has a badly scratched bore and was wondering, if it is possible to repair it at all, where would be the best people/place to take it, any ideas ?

Alusil is the material the block is made from, it's got a high silicon content. If you have deep grooves/scoring then it's fked and your next option may be relinering. If it's just light scuffing and if the bores are within tolerence then I may be able to repair it. It would have to be measured and inspected first.
