Merc CLK 320 V6 - 160k miles! - issues?

I love my Clk cab , its got loads of miles on it, but I now service myself to save money (and do the job right!)
Everything is fine, but what should I be aware of at 160k miles? apart from the obvious like oil, filters, plugs etc, is there something like timing chain that might go soon? It burns no oil, and run perfectly. Gbox had the oil changed at 120k. Seems it will go for ever?
