Engine Warning Light STI Type R Scooby!!

hey.
wondering could some help before have go to garage.
the engine warning light came on when driving the other, doing steady 70mph on motorway,nothing stupid, but only for a split second, then off.
am hopeing just a lose wire, any thoughts?

If the light is off at present and the car drives fine, I wouldnt be overly concerned.

You can check for fault codes yourself. Check out some of the typical Subaru forums for a guide how to, like Scoobynet.

Although be cautious of advise on some forums, as there can be a lot of dummies about, especially Snet.

MAF failure on its way? If so you need to watch that, your risk engine damage with a poorly MAF sensor.

MAF failure will not throw a CEL unless its totally fked.
