Maserati Cambiocorsa Gearbox

Hi, this is my first post in the Forums, having read various discussions on many subjects. My question is this: Could anybody tell me if it is possible to have the cambiocorsa gearbox on a 4200 coupe reprogrammed with that of the Gransport model? I am hoping to buy a 04/05 model in six months or so and am wandering if it is worth spending the extra to get the Gransport model. I obviously prefer the exterior styling of the Gransport and the extra 10bhp would be nice, but i think the full leather of the 4200 is much nicer is the better suspension, faster gearchange and other Gransport extras really worth a £6000-8000 premium. Any help/advice would be much apreciated.
