ECU Throttle pots and Lamdas
Discussion
Ok chaps
Anyone tried fitting a hall effect rotary pot to replace the older style rotary pots, Actibe sensors do some hispec units thet are not cheap but look as they could do the job and not be prone to tack wear.
Also why are NTK Lamdas so expensive ? are they any better than the bosch lamdas ? Just looking at unsing twin Lamdas into a M8OO Motec

The NTK's used on the Rover V8 setup have a different response voltage to stock probes but not that far out. Its was rumoured they are resistive, as this type of probe does not need an external air source as reference, The theory being that you dont want probes with air holes on a 4x4 that may go into deep water. Having said that I have measured the output voltages, and they do produce a voltage of up to 1.3 volts, with normal lamda running between 0 and 1 volt.
Bosch LSU 4.9 are compatable with M800. Cheaper than NTK too.
