door lock indicator can't go off
Discussion
Thought I'd better start new post relating to central lock problem. I knew there will be some problem from driving car aged more than ten y/o. I've sorted out problem of the broken connector of passenger central lock, now the new problem arose up. The door lock indicator lamp stays on, this has caused the door keep unlocked even tough the brake pedal is pushed down, or the other way around whichever goes first. Currently I can lock and unlock the car manually on my driving.
When I let the car parked with door locked the lock works out, but after a minute the alarm is on. I guess it was for the lock indicator failure to remains on. Having tried to push down manually button on the doors or close the doors hardly but come to no result. Neighbors may think of me being mad at the car (this is way to know whether or not my effort worked out)... If this is something related to the lock sensor failure, likely it requires change.
