S.W.A.G numbers, but... same as any other large car:
Steering virtually nothing until used. Newer cars even do this electrically. Call it 1Hp, but very low duty cycle / lower average draw.
Rad fan - again - not much unti needed. 1-3Hp peak with viscous fan, probably a bit less if electric (eg good electric aftermarket fans manage on <<30A at full chat, or 0.5HP at nominal 12v electric power)
Aircon - 3-5Hp max of compressor power, based on a guess of efficacy
So assuming a 'perfect storm' - under 10Hp.
