Where can I buy the rubber boots and terminals for Ford Gen 2 coil packs ? I want to make up my own lead set. I have the leads and the coil packs just need the end bits to finish them off. The local Auto Factors and Ford dealer will only sell me finished leads.

You could try Vehicle wiring products.

Or you could just shorten and re-crimp the existing leads.

I got some spares from the local scrapyard when I made a set, they are easy to break.

Get a bunch from the breakers.
They strip down and clean up nicely.
Get spares as releasing the crimp and remaking can sometimes break the contact.

Steve,

Did you ever find a source for the Ford Generation 2 coil pack connector pins?

Gen 1 connector kits are easily available but I'm having trouble finding 'new' Gen 2's.
