I've tried search but not much info

I'm after either buying a hybrid box or info as to how to make one - I've seen a couple but seem to give different info - input shaft for example.

or is it possible to fit a 4pot version with an adaptor plate to fit the v6?

I'm fitting a 24v cossy BOA

Mate had that cosworth engine and MT75 in his cortina, seemed fine, nothing unusual about fitting it. He had the conversion done by a cortina guy in essex somewhere. His cars are often on U tube.

I think the combination is a mt75 box of a 2.9 4x4 with a 2.0 DOHC tailshaft assembly. Not from personal experience, just something I tripped over on Google.

check that whatever combo you use has the compatible speedo drive for thr Tiv speedo as some ford boxes are mech and some elec drive for the speedo.
