Evening all

Not long brought a 1999 cougar V6, worse crime ever, i didnt test drive before driving off (was a cheap deal so scarpered)

Problem aroung 1000-1500 rpm there is an effect like kangaroo petrol not as smooth as i would like to uptake on acceleration, idle is superd and when reving in nuetral all is ok its only when its in gear and under load?

Could this be HT leads or another problem? poss TDC sensor? or worse case scenario fuel pump?

sounds like ignition breakdown, plug or coil?
