Engine swap help?

Help needed chaps I looking to fit a 1800 turbo diesel in a fiesta shell mk2 that used to house a 1600 diesel, has anybody done this before? Is there any problems? I seems like it should fit? Any advice greatly appreicated, thanks

Hi there, the 1800 came from a late escort 98-99 i think,

Try and see. I dont imagine it being that difficult as they are both ford, and likely very similar.
