I have a pair off 45 dellortos on a xflow which are getting on a bit . i have a pair off 45 webbers 2 years old. if i swap them over will the jets size on one be right for the other

Short answer no. The ideal choke size will be the same, main jets should be similar but auxiliary venturis and emulsion tubes are different in design and numbering, can't really be equated to each other and they affect the rest of the jetting like idle jets and air correctors.

Agree totally,always preferred Webers over the Dellorto,s myself.
