audi a4 2.0 tdi m problems

I have a 2005 audi A4 2.0TDI. Engine light keeps coming on P0101 maf perfomance problem.It appears to drive fine and boost ok but quite alot of black smoke.After deleting code usually takes couple of days to come back.Theres 100k on the clock I,ve changed maff senser twice, still the same. I,ve looked around it I cant see or hear any boost leak from pipes or intercooler. The egr vale and egr cooler are only about one year old. The air filter and housing are all good. Any body had these problems are have any ideas?

If there are definatley no leaks after the MAF then check the wiring to the MAF sensor for signs of breaks, check the connections for corrosion and check the earth points too.
