Dash getting very hot??

I've got a Fiesta 1.6 Zetec-S (07 plate) about 2 months ago the heater matrix went, off to ford it went to be fixed.
About a month ago I noticed the centre console near where a passengers leg would be was very hot, and if I opened the glove box I can feel the heat. I stuck my head under the dash and it seemed to be the 2 pipes going to the heater matrix, took it to a different ford garage to be told they are supposed to be hot I said I know that but they seem to be getting TOO hot - but it was no use.
It gets hotter the longer the car is driven, it seems to be getting worse, my girlfriend noticed the heat even tho blower was on cold as soon as she got it car the other day.
Any ideas? it's out of warranty soon so I wanna get it sorted quick, something isn't right I'm just not sure what. Oh and the engine temp gauge is always normal, blowers seem to be OK but I can hear liquid sloshing around then I first start the car??
