assembling goodridge 200 series hose and fittings?

hi guys, just got some 200 series hose and a 90 degree fitting to plum in the fuel rail on my jenveys.

just a bit stumped on how they go together. seem a little less simple than brake lines. anyone got a guide or any advice? the rubber doesnt seem to push on very far so i'm a little apprehensive.

cheers for that mate. didnt get any instructions with the bits and tbh it doesnt feel a convincing to work with as the brake lines. i'll have another play tomorrow

had another go, got the hose into the red end and when i tightened it up it popped off. bloody thing
