2.0L HDI Loss of power under load
Discussion
Hello all,
Just a quickone to see what others may know on this.
Citoren Xsara 2.0Hdi, 2000, 100k on the clock
Starts up fine and idle's fine, can rev it to the limiter and hold it all fine.
Take it out and drastic changes in Speed/revs seems to Loose a Cylinder compression/fire (Vibrations really bad and loss of power).
Ive Re seated one of the Injectors that seemed to be not sealed right. recently done a service including Engine flush and Injector cleaner. There is fual comeing through fine from the pump.
Any idea's? EGR valve Maybe On its way out? or Lambda Sensor Reading Wrong(too hot) and Telling the Engine that there is Fual in the cylinder but there isnt?
Also is there any Cheap Diagnostics Software that i can install on my laptop and connect into the Cars ECU? Ebay have allot but i dont know which would be best. im used to Maindealers Diagnstics and Snap-on.
