Hi all got a 1.3 fiesta noticed that when i accelerate it shudders really bad and dont seem to move anywhere quickly. I also noticed the exhaust seems to make a weird popping noise as if only blowing slowly. Any ideas anyone

Sounds like you've got a misfire, but that could be alot of things causing it.. most likely is an ignition fault.

When did you last have new spark plugs and HT leads? These are the most likely cause of the misfire

Remember to check the electrode gap on the spark plugs before fitting

Hope that helps smile

Managed to remove 3 of the spark plugs, 4th wont budge and ceramic is broken now, any ideas how to loosen, seems edges are rounded slightly cos its that set. Any ideas how to loosen, tried wd40,RAC tried loosener he suggested heating it, not sure how tho.

Refit the other spark plugs and start the engine. Leave it to run for a few mins, as the cylinder should heat up and expand very slightly. Then you should be able to remove the spark plug.

HTH smile

ETA: Careful, the spark plugs may be hot as fk afterwards

It's worth changing the plugs and leads anyway, it could be a cheap fix compared to what a garage would charge in labour.
