Rolling-Road Finder

I have just fitted a new Edelbrock inlet manifold & 650cfm Carb to my 383 S.B.C. and its running like a pig. Can anyone please recommend where I can take it to be set-up properly on a rolling-road. I don't want some place that will just do a power run , but someone that knows Chevy engines and Edelbrock Carbs ( I have about 450 b.h.p. ) . I want to pay the right money for the right job . I live in Harrow N/W London and don't mind driving a reasonable distance . Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks PAT
