Supercharger repair/setup/timing

Just a quick question for a friends nephew who is rebuilding a lotus elan. He bought a supercharger from America but found when he got round to fitting the supercharger it was not working. The warranty was out as it was over a year since he bought it. Can anyone put some names forward for companies that do repairs and setups of superchargers?

Please define "not working" if the lobes / blades have touched the housing it's probably scrap !!


(if it's just bearings then it might be salvagable??)
